Rolls Royce is working with Boeing to develop an engine for a 777-200 that reduces its Sound Footprint by about 5 or 6 DBs. It does this by having a smooth wavy edge on the Back of the Engines cone

I wasnt really talkin about a glide slope to stay in the air,
A B747 Can FLY (ie:Not a lifethreatening emergency) run with 2 engines. Can a Tri Jet SAFELY maintain altitude and continue to fly SAFELY?

I thought that pressure came in here somewhere? It all good saying that air comes out at 600kts but If there is no pressure difference, it wont get a 300ton aircraft moving anywhere fast will it? As you see, we dont get any A310s @ MAN (except Royal Jordainian) We used to get a Cypriot Airways A310-300 but the service was removed post 9/11

Does wing flex occour on the A310??.
I need to know for my Flightsim Modal, and I need to know to make it more realistic. I dont think it does, but I am not sure.

You can start training for your PPL at 14 in the UK but you cannot fly solo untill you are 16 therefore you must be at least 16 to pass
