What are the weather conditions in Denver causing all the cancellations? Is it simply de-icing delays, because there have been no holding patterns?

WN's -700s are on par with AA's -800s for legroom. I frankly prefer an AA -800--or any Delta mainline--to a WN -700. The WN -800s, however, are a different story.

Manchester is a stronghold for VS, EZjet, Jet2, Ryanair, TUI, and formerly Thomas Cook. Everything Heathrow isn't.
LHR and LGW (plus a few seasonal Europe holiday spots) are all it needs. After all, BA is essentially London Airways at this point, not even serving B'ham or Cardiff.
