Ethiopian airlines safety breach?

Was on Facebook and came across this. Surely this breaks many laws and is an accident waiting to happen?

9/11- could there have been more potential hijacks?

Hi all, I was just looking way back in the forum and I came across a post about a number of other aircraft that may well have been hijacked if flights hadn't thankfully been grounded. (https://www.airliners.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=316277&p=3579979&hilit=UA175#p3579979) That was pos...

Re: A330 and A340 Write-off/Retirement/Scrap Thread - 2019

Does anyone have an update on the Virgin Atlantic A346 retirement plans? Last I heard, it was supposed to be around September of this year. I am trying to catch one before they go. Also, does anyone have any info on Azerbaijan's A345s? As of now I know they have 2 mostly operating the GYD-IST-GYD a...

With F-GLZJ now gone, A340s in the AF livery are a thing of the past. Only the Ex Joon birds remain, anyone know how long they have left?

Right on that beautiful livery.

It's not a entirely a freight company since the two 757s are passenger aircraft. It is still flying.

And two A330s on the way!

Re: Brussels Airlines simpified livery ?

It looks to me like they’ve just done it like that due to needing the aircraft ASAP. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets the full Livery at some point. Saying that, I do see SN getting a simplified Livery. Maybe billboard titles and have the blue extending from the tail onto the fuselage.

With regard to the headphones does anyone know why is a double jack plug is used instead of the single jack that is more common and more likely in the passengers possession whilst travelling?

I believe the twin jack is to try and prevent headphones being stolen.

On a more positive note, if they do decide to repair this bird, it'll obviously need some skin repair which will then require painting. Could this be the first UA 757 in the new livery?!

I wouldn't be surprised if at leas they have to pass a "visibility" test of some sort. Like a fully black aircraft is a nono, to prevent incidents at night (at the airport in particular). But likely nothing to do with copyright infringement or anything commercial. Meet Alsie Express, not ...

http://www.Aviation-safety.net indicates that the wing tip of EI-SEV (which was taxiing) hit the tail of G-GDFB, which was stationary. Apparently minor damage to FR, but unknown for LS. Given that G-GDFB is now 27 and LS are already retiring the B737-300, will this be a write off. Depending on the ...
