Scope clauses have nothing to do with it unless you’re saying the A220 should be flown by regionals at lower pay rates. Outside the US, it hasn’t been a hit with IAG, KLM/AF, LH (except Swiss), only KAL in Asia and nowhere in the ME. It’s a niche plane because it’s hard to generate enough revenue w...
