Continental EWR TATL routes

Pre merger, I know CO had a lot of routes to Europe from EWR that were cut after the merger. Many were with 757s, and were cut because of range issues. I'm curious what routes they flew that have been cut now. Also, what routes were they planning?

The connectivity of Norwegian is very limited. They only allow one stop. Two stop connections are not sold. Given Norwegian's network, I doubt there is much traffic that would be profitable on 2-stop connections apart from people travelling to/from Argentina Norwegian is not a member of a major all...
