Azul Linhas Aéreas have Live TV onboard almost entire ERJ fleet for years in Brazil and they don't charge you a single penny, no matter intl or domestic.

Lots of questions need asking about the set up at MAD here. This could have ended up a whole lot worse! I have this photo taken at MAD in 2009. I think Air India has the oldest frames in service now, the ones with the 4-wheel bogie undercarriage they inherited from Indian Airlines. Oh yes, they do.
