N652UA 763 Hi J Polaris to exit HKG Apr 08 Is that a test hop? FR24 shows 11 on 2794 https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/n652ua Either it changed or I misread it. Either way, another one to storage. I wonder if anything will take it's place: 767, 777 or just save cash? If the work has alrea...
Jump to postI hope that if the 777A models meet their end, N777UA is saved and put in a museum. Hopefully in her Battleship livery. It's a shame United doesn't operate a heritage museum like Delta. United doesn't seem to value their history to the same extent. Maybe Pima would take it, but presumably only if i...

I’m wondering how many aircraft in the delivery schedule have been financed? N2352U, the last 77W, has been sitting at PAE, RfD for awhile now. N29978, a 789, is almost ready at CHS. Both I presume have the $ sorted and will deliver. However, N13013, 78J, is almost ready to roll off the FAL and N24...

Widebodies on the narrowbody lines doesn't end well. New leading edge and she'll be as good as new. Might need more than just a leading edge. Looks like it hit a shorter pole first and dragged over it. Wouldn't be surprised if the underside of the wing needs repairing as well I’ve seen the pictures...

What is the hold up on the 739 repaints? Seems like an odd omission considering how many other narrowbodies are already in the new scheme. The focus is obviously only on the 738s... at least for now. It has been a while since we discussed the GEnX powered 767. This week the new CEO of Boeing, Dave Calhoun said they would start the NMA from scratch. That means Boeing is weaker than Airbus with the A321XLR in the Middel of market, and will be for some time. That has made me revisit the thought of...
