Re: Icelandair will not return to CLE, blames MAX8

While the MAX can be blamed for short term disruption of service to CLE, the plane will be back in service by June and this route wasn't to restart until may 17th. Ending service completely to CLE indicates that FI are just using this as an excuse for an underperforming market. Poor Cleveland. Firs...

Re: Paris Airshow 2019, Will Airbus move? A321XLR, A322 launching customers..

With the backlog of 320 I would say improving profits and the same for the 350 while also ramping of production is a bigger priority. If/when the 797 is announced Airbus will assure their customer base that it will have an appropriate response. (it likely already has several possible responses). As...

2018 was a down year for jetblue for many reasons, all of which were one time occurrences. The initial impact of retiring the e90 and thus taking a write off in their projected value, a one time pilot contract bonus, and poor location of the Easter holiday. With a redeployment of the network, the e9...

It's not always about the aircraft type either. A lot of it has to do with the pax load and cargo load as well as the airline's own approach. It seems to me by looking at it that AA has been doing the most fuel stops. Yesterday on BOS-LAX, only AA experienced diversions on both the B738 and A321. h...
