Regional Jets Into Hvn?

Last week I was driving through new haven and I saw a billboard with a comair CRJ and a quote of something to the tone of a brighter future for tweed new haven. Do you think that his was just a sign to gain support for the expansion of runway 2/20 or do you think maybe the regionals (ie delta connec...

Sleekjet, as far as a major airline goes, I would imagine Delta, but in terms of all airlines, the fact that Pan Am is still recieving them means they will be flying for quite a bit more time.

From what I understand, the md11 will probably be replaced by the 777. The md90 is leaving I guess because there are so few. I also will bet that delta is going to get a good price from freighter airlines for those birds.

Although Bdl is great for sitting and spotting on the end of runway 6, terminal b is still a crap hole. I will admit, in the last couple of years, especially when the new garage was completed, bradley has gotten better. Bradley will be a first class regional airport soon, once terminal a is fully co...

I did not see this posted here so I thought I would give it a whirl. I am not trying to spread rumors either, but this is a pretty good source, maybe we will see a significant delta airbus fleet  <img src="/discussions/graphics/nut.gif" ALT="Nuts"> <a href="http://www.thestreet.com/markets/wing...

After traveling through it many a time, terminal one at BDL is just aweful. Once the new terminal is done and they finally get some work into renevating term 1, maybe I will change my mind, but right now unless you plan on depating through terminal 2, bradley is pretty dissapointing.

RE: Why Hasn't Southwest Won Any Triple Crowns Lately?

[Begin Rant] When I flew from BDL to MCO I pretty much had the choice of flying Southwest or flying Delta. Delta's Fare: 99.00 , southwest fare: 179.99. Then last weekend I had to fly to FLL. Delta's Fare- 225.00 Southwest Fare- 234.00. Yes, they do sometimes have bargain fares, but they are impossi...

It seems that they are wrong about the fact that the a380 can operate anywhere that the 747 can. The a380 will require 200 foot wide runways and wider spaceing on taxiways.
