It adds to established academic standards and on page 17, it specifically says the work need to meet: “...ordinary standards of substance and relevance...” It doesn’t change the content of what is taught and it requires ordinary standard...

My parents had a 1981 Dodge Maxi Van, dad used it for work. What a piece of junk that thing was. A small fortune was sunk into that thing to keep it running. With that said his quality improvement initiatives probably had not taken affect when it rolled off the assembly line in 1980.
