Pasco is also getting rid of the Bandits, I think they're just standardizing the fleet right now. As for the Shorts, I know a few are going to a new (cargo?) startup in Vermont called Air Now and a few are going to Aruba, also to a startup. The Saab 340s are replacing the Shorts 360s. Some of the Shorts' have already left the fleet.

I saw one in YVR yesterday afternoon and I have to say the new Saabs do look nice in the Pasco colours.

I'm guessing the 1200 feet is in reference to RVR (Runway Visual Range), which equates to 1/4 mile visibility. When I'm flying the ILS and I reach <acronym title="Atlantic Coast Airlines (USA)">DH</acronym> (Decision Height), I execute a missed approach if we're not visual by that point, regardless ...
