It's one of the things I treasure on a 787. Just of an AC 788 and it's great. Darkened windows allow me to still see outside vs. those mechanical shades, not to mention the inevitable one that doesn't stay up.

With 40 TATL configured 757's being refreshed starting this year, they will march on for 4-5 years and retire. UA states in a townhall that IAH won’t be getting any additional flights to Asia. I imagine that route will be flown at some point but it will be from MU. Redevelopment of the 2m sq ft Ford plant is on par with the SW building in CLE. Add in the Ford Avon expansion of $900mm, that's a lot of good work for Clevelanders for the next 1-3 years, as well as for people going into/out of CLE.
