US Lifts Ban On Lebanon

After more than 2 decades, the US lifted the ban on Lebanon. Here is the quote from Naharnet: U.S. President Bush lifted a ban on air traffic to Lebanon imposed since the 1985 hijacking of a TWA jetliner to Beirut. A press release issued by the White House said Bush was determined that the “prohibit...

Iraqi Air Force

It would be interesting to know the current status of the Iraqi air force. Are they using any western type aircraft? It was a few months ago that I saw one C-130 in Beirut. What else did they get from their new allies? How operational are their Russian equipment. I know some were destroyed during th...

RE: Lebanese Army Battles Islamists In Tripoli

It seems that another round of fighting is imminent as the army has drove some reinforcements to the refugee camp. Here is the latest: Lebanese naval forces shot at and sank inflatable boats carrying around 12 militants fleeing from Nahr al-Bared. State-run National News Agency said the fleeing mili...

In Lebanon these cost between $50 to $55/month depending on the technology used. These have a limit ranging between 1.5 Gb to 2 Gb. Higher download limits are available for higher costs.

I have one and might switch to DSL.

Good photo!

Potential rejection reasons would be: Size and overshapened. A minimal 0.2 CCW rotation will also make the photo look better.
All the above are easy fixes. Good luck!
