To be honest I have had my fair share of bad flights with numerous airlines including UA, SAS, BA, VS, AF and LH, ironically the only airlines I have not had at least one bad flight with is Easyjet and Hawaiian although im sure a number of people can mention nightmare flights with those two. Funnily enough I could say the same about virgin. I suppose any airline is allowed a bad flight - doesn't necessarily mean the whole airline is bad.

BA's new club world has some rear facing seats, although I have to say I checked in and requested a forward facing seat so can't comment what its like facing the wrong way on take off !!

Confusion may come from the BA timetable which includes all its London airports under one destination section 'London'. You can only distinguish which airport your actually flying in to by identifying the terminal number (i.e. 1 - 4 for Heathrow, North or South for Gatwick, etc.). I have flown into ...
