I don't know about foreign carriers, but all American carriers still limit the sale of alcohol to passengers age 21 and up, no matter whose airspace they're in. Trust me, I tried the "international airspace" arguement more than once, and it never worked. Oh, the days of being a minor.

If we're up in the jetway waiting for gate-checked bags, strollers, changing paperwork or just trying to stay dry, typically our flight crews will offer us a drink or a snack. I've never seen anything handed down from the cockpit though.

Our best freight, or at least the coolest in my eyes, is the armored car shipments. There's quite nothing like loading up a tens of millions of dollars.
