BA Club Europe is exactly same as any other european carrier but with better service & food. Club World is no more expensive than anything else. A very pleasant way to fly long haul. Seat selection does have to be paid for unless you have status or for free 24 hours out. First Class is very that...Jump to post
Whilst I agree that not giving even water on a flight just seems wrong, there is no way all this makes BA a “joke” ! If you cannot survive a domestic or european flight (most around two hours) without some ‘free’ food or drinks then poor you. With multiple flights every day to each european city, lo...Jump to post

Brilliant report ! Thoroughly enjoyable. You must be BA Gold or fly F to use First Wing & F lounge - right ? The new dining & bedding additions have certainly improved overall experience in CW. It does seem everyone’s favourite thing to do is bash BA CW but I still think the seat is more com...Jump to post
I’m a big fan of BA WT+. Highly recommended ! Seats great & comfortable for sleeping, food superb and plenty of IFE. Ive never used the mains outlets but they are there under seat & It says so on BA.com. Hopefully your are in AA FF program as you’re doing plenty of long haul on AA so plenty ...Jump to post
I am also looking at this but not inaugural. There are always risks but you will be fine on this schedule. Will require an external bus transfer from T2 > T4 which I've done and does work well. If/when the DY arrives on time you would be in T4 by about 1415 latest I would say. As long as the DY flig...Jump to post

20 July-31 Aug on the current A346 flight. https://www.routesonline.com/news/38/ai ... july-2018/
In total agreement : Love BA CW ! Apart from having to climb over someone’s feet if in a window seat which is all everyone seems to bang on about, I think it’s a lovely place to be for however long the flight.
BA gets a lot of bashing but I think they do many things right ! CW one of them.

Very nice trip Report 1) Lovely pictures, I don't mind the zoomed in ones. ;) 2) Great narration! 3) I loved AI B788s in the photos <3 4) please do post more reports if you have! Thanks for the comments. :checkmark: I do have two more running right now : http://www.airliners.net/forum/viewtopic.php...Jump to post
Watched the programme & as good as the new SQ suites looked I still think they don't have anything over EY Apartment or new EK suites ! The moving chair kind of looked a bit upright and square rather than a lounging chair. Pull down bed ?!?
Obviously wouldn't say no for a try though !!
Flew this plane from GVa to Zurich. Very pleasant. Swiss is much better than British to London; nice free snack + chocolate vs. Zipo on British. You must pay. Yes agree the (free snacks) were nice on LX I will still go BA over LX. The M&S BoB is quite high quality and the choice is there. Also ...Jump to post
@twindocstravel - I am 6FT bang on & yes the legroom was bit tight but didn't actually feel as bad as that picture looks. For the missions they will be used for it will be fine. @HHScot - the screens are good. Maps & flight info always good to see even on short flights. The tray was actually...Jump to post
Nice. I noticed the two USB in the front of you, but is there an actual AC-110V port at the seat, I assume most newer planes have them. Have yet to fly BA on any of their services They do in all classes. You really should try BA - not recommended by many but highly by me ! You can also see my other...Jump to post
It was time to return to LHR. I had booked an economy ticket but at OLCI it allowed me to chose a seat in the WT+ cabin for no fee. Grabbed the chance to fly this cabin again. Boarding ontime and was eager to et on board for a few shots. Apologies for the reflection : https://farm5.staticflickr.com/...Jump to post

First in June.....flights to LHR from june to august.
It was time to try another widebody around Europe. This time it was BA LHR-MAD on the B787-9. Booked Club Europe going out which gets you into Club World cabin. A good way to try the cabin without going too far whilst you save up your Avios for something further. Arrived LHR at 1100 for the 1320 dep...Jump to post
Any chance of TAP using it on LIS > LHR or VIE which they use A330 currently ? Training flights ?Jump to post
Wanted to try the C-Series for a while now so found a cheap LHR-GVA-LHR with out on CS3 and in on CS1. Cannot remember the last time I flew something non A or B so a novelty for me also. Having pledged by allegiance to BA / OW this meant a rare outing from LHR T2. It was an absolute pleasure. Arrive...Jump to post
There is no doubt the seat is outdated but don’t shoot me down I actually love BA CW ! Yes you may have to climb over someone’s feet (If they are flat) but you have to in many other airlines. The seat itself is very comfortable, up, lounging and always slept well when flat. Never had the feeling of ...Jump to post
Here's a good review on their 767.
2-4-2 and no IFE - no thanks not for me !
Just was glancing at some trip reports and saw this J class report on BA, LHR-SFO on the A380. Completely shocked, as I got a better meal on AA in COACH and lets not even get into the ME3. Portions are tiny. The nuts were served in cheap small bag, and not even heated in a bowl. The amenity kit is ...Jump to post

Thanks for reporting. Was waiting for someone to show the domestic LH 744’s.
I was going to do this myself but being London based I couldn’t justify flying to FRA & back from TXL just for the 45 mins of flying on the 744.
Great report ! The on board offerings from HX look good. And the A350 in those colours looks stunning - cheersJump to post
Seems to be everyone’s favourite thing to BA bash. I’ve said before when you carry the pax numbers BA do, you cannot please everyone all the time. Never flown BA F but with the new additions in J rolling out this will bring them back into the game(ish). Y+ is a joy to fly & Y as good anything. F...Jump to post
When you have the network / aircraft numbers & employees BA have you will not please everyone all of the time. BA are rolling out the new on board catering, trolley service & bedding in J and are getting back in the game for J class. Y+ is absolutely brilliant & perfect for mid long haul...Jump to post
DL / VS / AC are no way better ! I would definitely not give up on your OW Sapphire and would carry on with AA/BA. With the new roll out of catering / trolley service and bedding on BA > JFK they are getting back into the game ! BA Club World (despite peoples grumbles) I think is a lovely way to fly...Jump to post

OK so to clarify the first list is the ones I’ve flown (COMPLETED) just if anyone was interested. The second was just a few I had an eye on & looking for some info. The title is what I’m asking about and some have supplied info - thanks so much.
Any suggestions welcome.
