Fort Myers, FL (RSW) has Delta 762s and 763s flying in from Atlanta. Also, LTU has weekly A330 flights to Germany from RSW.

I agree with Redngold about the trains. I traveled from Erie, PA to Chicago on Amtrak. The cabin reminded me of an aircraft that had an almost crazy amount of legroom. ALL of the seats had footrests. Buffalo (BUF) has been doing some expansion. Last January when I was there it looked like they were adding maybe 4 or 5 more gates to the current terminal area.
