I just wanted to share this great news to my A.net family that the doctors have confirmed that my wife is pregnant. I am excited and so is she. Expected due date is 6th Feburary so I'll be home to see my first son or daughter born.

I personally prefer the upper deck J cabin on the 747 because of the quieter and more private atmosphere, however, it's slightly narrower then in the main J class cabin. Also, the side storage compartment are a lot nicer then the overhead bins.

NRT reported damage to the terminal. Runway was closed early so Yokota AB was accepting massive diversions. I did see a Delta 744 flying over Atsugi Naval AIr Station at 3,000ft on approach to RJTY approx. 16:30 local.

Finally made it home and found no damage to our Japanese house. Since my house is above ground, we have a view of Tokyo some 45 km away and we can see a huge fireball from a distant coming from the Cosmo oil refinery. Still all land and cell lines are too busy so I cannot make any calls to my family...
