RE: The Dreaded Abortion Debate

What bothers me most is that people who are against abortions are quite often also against day nurseries, day-care centers and all-day schools, things that help mothers care for their children. Sure, they're allowed to be conservatives, but at least they could try to be coherent. <img src="htt...

RE: A Little Chart About The 100%

It would help when the y axis (the income) would be logarithmic, so that you can compare the fluctations much better. Does the income in the bottom 90% also rise when there's a rise in the top 1% earners? But then, a logarithmic scale might confuse people, that's the drawback. As a personal note - a...

There has never been, and will probably never be, a fair and scientific examination of this "e-cat". RE: Belgians Queue For Rare Trappist Brew

I've had a Chimay Père Trappiste beer once, the blue bottle. It's not the beer you meant, but even that one was jolly good. In my region there is the BFM, la Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes. This brewery is ...

RE: AF447 - Book Publishes CVR Taping

Hello, as a long-time lurker on this forum, I allow myself some remarks. I've read at least 90% of the AF447-related postings, and I've seen airliners.net as an educational institution, thanks to the many contributors in their corresponding fields. <table border="0" align="CENTER" width="95%" class=...
