steak is so fricking good...just beef in general! i eat beef like 5 times a week AT LEAST. probably more then that...but i'm trying to eat more white meat...chicken...just had hamburgers for lunch today, had a steak last night, had beef stew the night before...heheh

i agree especially with # 2. there should be a way to file another FP. as for #5, i think you should be able to set the speed they talk at. experience ppl might want a faster atc, but newbies like me would get so lost.

tokyo is awesome! one of the coolest cities i've been to. it can get crowded but its still worth a visit. however, be prepared to shell out a lot of $$ for stuff

school started august 12th for me...Cross country practice starts at 5:45AM and school starts at 8:30AM and ends at 3:00PM. Then M,T,TH,F we have afternoon workouts.

i agree with hepkat, theres a ton of more motivation at the gym then alone at home.
try going at off peak hours, maybe early in the morning, if your schedule permits.

i live in arizona, where everybody has a pool in their backyard, and where everybody knows how to swim
i agree, swimming is a low impact exercise, while running is hard on the knees (i can vouch for that)

Hi,
When did the Padres start wearing camouflage uniforms? Yesterday's game was the first time I saw these new uniforms.
Personally I think they look kind of funny, nothing like a baseball uniform.

wake up at 6:20AM, go to track practice until 7:45AM, come home, shower, eat breakfast on the way to school, go to school until 3:15PM, come home, run, do homework, eat dinner, watch tv, go to bed at 9:00PM.

i also did the co2 car project that Bo_einG mentioned
if you want yours go to fast dont care about the aerodynamics just take as much wood off as you can
also put some graphite on your axle to reduce the friction

America West has an all narrowbody fleet consisting of 737/757/A319/A320/A321 and some regional jets.
they did, however, at one time in the early 90s i believe own a few 747s
