I see what he is looking at. There is an aircraft north of Campinas (moving very slowly) that is transmitting the Mode-S code assigned to N408PA, an Amazon drone. The aircraft is at 13,000 ft. Unless Amazon is running drones over Brazil at 13,000 ft, then it is a bad Mode S.
