I only know of one similar concept, the Sega Mega Jet but it was only available on JAL flights and this was the mid 90's so it can't be what you're looking for.

I totally forgot it was 9/11 yesterday until I noticed that the local fire station was flying the Union Jack at half-mast, then it immediately hit me. It seems at least in some places in the UK the events that day are still remembered, though I'm not sure how wide spread the flag-lowering is.
