The Reserve funds have been spent .. I don’t think Indiana will borrow money to fly to Europe they will have to borrow to pay the unemployment claims ... 2024 or later Mabe it will come back Almost A “ normal schedule “ for UA in Aug so things are moving in the right direction

Yes A5 can handle any size airplane even an A380 just have to not use A4. B3 And A23 can handle 777 .. I don’t think IND-CDG will ever return as the State of Indiana is now broke they spent their 2billion dollar reserve funds in Covid 19 expenses .. and the Unemployment payments are underfunded. Good riddance Greg Hart . what he tried to do to the IAM employees should have gotten him fired on the spot .. It took years to build the trust of the employees and he flushed it away with a letter that he said he Mailed on May 1 but no one can find a postmark and most got the letters many days late...

Will they lower the excessive fees ?? Don’t think IND needs a new rental car facility or a parking lot for about 10 more years.. Hope they can bring fees in line with CVG and SDF

Yes the 772A are 348 pax for domestic inter hub Hawaii and Guam to NRT short flights that don’t need the range of the normal 777

Rumor has it WN will build their own terminal at the old airport site. The new blue line bus will be re routed to stop by the new terminal on the way to the Main airport. Southwest will move lots of the MDW ops to IND.

Big news for IND this will open up 4 or 5 gates when Southwest moves out..
