They also use the OP when it comes to Lacsa flights (LACSA being a part of TACA as well). It is just to clarify who will be operating the flight (TACA, LACSA, or TACA-PERU)

I spotted CO's N73276 (737-824) in MGA yesterday. Huge Winglets, just like CM's. They look very nice and sexy.
