I just realized the fact that most major Latin American airline names are acronyms (Varig, TAM, LAN, LAB, Copa, Taca, Avianca, Viasa etc.) instead of having their home country spelled out as part of the name (e.g. "Air Colombia", "Air Brasil"). One factor in EY's case might have been they wanted to start quickly and not wait for deliveries of ordered aircraft, so they turned to leased aircraft as an interim solution.

I still get a too high queue count number when uploading (always 10 more than the actual number) which de facto limits my queue to 10 less than possible. Sometimes refreshing helps, sometimes it doesn't. This problem has existed for months now...

JACDEC now confirms that the aircraft involved was Syrianair's A320 YK-AKF. The photo shows considerable damage to the tail... to the point where I would say, amazing that it made it to the ground safely.

If you want to be creative (for example very close underneath the aircraft), even a fisheye could be fun. But 18mm should be enough in most cases (unless the 747 comes in too low LOL).

It might be hard for a LCC to offer a much lower price than the established carriers with high capacity aircraft like the 380 or 77W which have a unit cost advantage over a 320 or 738.

I know... but somehow I'm always scared of overexposing and many Canons tend to overexpose at the middle setting, that's why I've gotten used to set it to -1/3 or -2/3...

Thanks Darren, I've used the noise reduction before but with little success... and no, I sharpen selectively, without the sky. One issue I might have is that I tend to underexpose by 1/3 and then when brightening up using the levels, it can increase the noise...
