Caption says it was charter for the SF 49ers... I suspect the team owner/manager was pissed when they saw it and demanded a refund or at least a partial... Owners don't fly with the team. They have private jets for that. Even the GMs are probably flying separately (if at all) with covid restriction...

A few weeks ago ORD was holding all departures while ZAU was "moving to a clean room due to COVID." The ORD tower did know much when asked but the hold was about 30 minutes at around midnight. As far as I know, every center has an overflow area. Basically it's a portion of the radar room ...

ZDC will be going ATC-0 at 11:45L this morning for covid cleaning, and the airspace will be closed for about two hours. Given that it's a Sunday on the east coast, there will definitely be some disruption for Florida to NY traffic. There will probably be some knock-on effects for the rest of the day.
