I sometimes lock the car and sometimes don't. it's safe unless you're parking in the city. If the car door is opened after 10 minutes and the key is not inserted the tracking device is activated. It's perfectly safe if you have a tracking device.

I think the Kyoto Protocol is a very good way to reduce pollution and reduce global warming. If everyone, every country work together we can in fact reduce huge amounts of pollution. Thus slowing down or prevent global warming from happening. Why did America and several countries didn't sign it?
