I guess no restrictions besides the need to show either a boarding pass or a ticket that says you're flying out of <acronym title="Miami - International (MIA / KMIA), USA - Florida">MIA</acronym>. There is no airside connection. This is outside the secure area. So, you will have to exit on concourse...

there is a baggage storage at concourse E.
