You can rent a car with Sixti for about €5 a day; they are based off the airport site so it doesn't include the surcharge. Though it is a little more work to get there as there is no shuttle!

47 litre fuel tank, which is 12USG. It costs me just over £1 per litre to fill, so £4 per USGallon, or approximately $8 per US Gallon; $96 per fill.

Additionally, some aircraft will request the other runway for a shorter taxi time when they land. If ATC can cope with it, they will allow it.
