Number Of Actuations On Canon Bodies

I use both the Canon 300D and 30D camera bodies. Sometimes i notice photographers on here state how many actuations a camera has taken, often quoting numbers in the thousands. Am wondering how it is possible to access this information, is it held in the data within the camera? Thankyou.

cannot understand when i take an image with my 300D, its resolution when opened in photoshop is 150 ppi, but when i take the same image using my 30D and the same lens, the resolution is only 72 ppi. Both cameras are set to the L setting. I would like to be able to print larger sized pictures

Canon 30D Resolution

Using the 30D and opened some pictures with Photoshop. The resolution of the images is being shown as only 72 dpi which seems low to me. Would like the resolution to be up nearer to 300 dpi. Is there something i need to be setting in the camera settings. I have the image quality set to the L setting...

We are booked in at the Dorient Sofitel hotel, it looks quite near to the airport, and cost about £50 for the double room per night. Where would everyone plan to meet up on the Saturday morning ? We will be arriving on Friday evening. Really looking forward, hope the weather is kind to us.

Every year flights with BA are affected by some industrial action or another, whether it be, baggage handlers, in flight catering, check in operations , the list goes on. We save hard for our trips only to be put in jeopardy through strikes.
