the colours in both pictures look 'flat' to me. Additional contrast/saturation is needed.
The NWA has a strange, green (?) colour cast and both shots need an extra kick of sharpness.

feel free to send me the original file but I doubt I can get it right. It is possible to correct slight colour casts in JPG files but I have never been successful in correcting strong casts in nightshots which weren't taken in RAW.
