What I don't understand (among many other things) is if the potential rudder problem is being connected to the rapid climb. The left turn seems to start after the stalling... Wouldn't an elevator issue be a primary cause?

The project is ridiculous from any point of view.
The cost is enormous and the location of the airport ... unbelievable!

Next thing someone would propose drilling a tunnel under that straight.
