747 pilots will tell you that the controls are surprisingly responsive, given what one would expect from an aircraft its size. The aircraft's weight and inertia are obviously sufficient enough to feel different than smaller aircraft, but trust me, those who fly the 744 love its nimble responsiveness...

My POSKY never stalls at FL270, 330, 370, etc. Apparently you're doing something wrong if you're unable to maintain sufficient airspeed during your climb.

By FL270, I'm usually climbing at 1500-1800 fpm at mach .74 or above.
