To my unaided eye the sky looks okay.
I would say that the contrast is a bit flat, and also some of the horizontal lines and the 'Air Japan' lettering appear a bit too jaggy.

It looks like around the 2nd door and forward on both images to me. On the Delta it looks like just the edges of the fuselage. On the Garuda the windows themselves look a bit softer as well.

Anything that is not in the sunlight looks pretty normal. If it was really oversaturated I would expect that to be evident all over. Not sure what you would do about it, though...
