Just for the record, the A320s at QantasLink (Network Aviation) are bulk loaded. Clearly Qantas aren’t too concerned by any inherent risk, opting to not use ULDs when it is an option. Network Aviation primarily service remote mining airports, they usually don't have the infrastructure to handle ULDs.
