I think the reason you don't see many PA28 banner towers are performance issues. Even the climb on a -180 can be pretty abysmal on a hot day. I would hate to see it try and pick up a banner out of a confined field.

Does the question give you a CG location? It is very easy to load the beech to an aft CG. Theoretically, you may have a lower AOA on the wing at 16000 lbs with and aft CG then at 10000lbs with a fwd CG. Just a thought.

As a parent, I would give up the child tax credit in exchange for a simple flat tax system and the savings that would bring. Having kids has been expensive in ways I did not imagine at first. I know at least few C130 squadrons still practice it. They will put something in the remarks section of the flight plan so controllers will know what is going on. Learned how to do it a while ago, but like any skill, it fades with lack of use.
