These days laptop batteries are often non replaceable easily, you need to dismantle it (not saying it's very difficult, but you can't swap batteries on a whim). As for a "Chinese copy", China is the world leader in making batteries by a wide margin, so there is no real reason for a replace...

To be clear what the sanctions did in the first few days of the war would already be called an economic crisis in our countries. Crazy inflation, fluctuating currency, millions of people jobless as western companies fled Russia, no way to import or export many things, empty shelves in supermarkets.....

eVTOLs don't need pilots. Most of them have dozens of individually controlled propellers that a human pilot couldn't handle anyway, so it would be completely fly by computer and the pilot would be an "operator" at most. And since it's VTOL in case of pb you put it down anywhere basically.

I applied that law to myself when I was about 13 so basically the age of the first people it will apply to.

I don't see how there can be a law that applies to some adults but not others though, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't pass constitutional scrutiny here.
