So, TS YYZ-RIH will resume on December 13th.
The same date when TS YUL-LIR would start again.
Furthermore, TS YUL-SAL will begin on December 16th.
All these flights would be operating on a seasonal basis.

LATAM hasn’t resumed yet the LP LIM- SJO service.
Before March 2020, AV LIM-SAL was operated up to 14x weekly. One of the couple of these daily flights sent the Airbus 330.

ATL for CM is a surprise. I really think so. The model of CM is based on loading planes through PTY with passengers coming from abroad. However, DL has a decent Latin American coverage from Atlanta, even though their weekly supply of flights is not the same before March 2020, in most cases. Regards.

The opening of new US destinations heading to Central America may start with limited weekly frequencies.
For instance, UA ORD-LIR, UA ORD-SJO, UA SFO-LIR and DL ATL-RTB are barely operating on a weekly basis.
The current demand of passengers doesn't need more seats in such routes by now.
