Saw some preliminary reports from China. Apparently, NEV in China just crossed 400k in February and most of them BEV's and apparently 20.3% MoM from January and 40% up from last year. They are putting the penetration at just shy of 30% of all the cars in the market. I will be able to hopefully share...
