my average fare in Europe is approximately 12€. Including flights from Europe to Morocco, Israel, Georgia, Egypt, UAE and Jordan, it should be 15€. It's mostly about flexibility, flying low demand flights and booking around 1-2 months before departure. (Double) fork flights can be also a good option.
