All of the handful of photos I have in the database were taken with a Panasonic FZ8 and edited with GIMP and NeatImage (if necessary) While that may have made it a bit harder to get acceptances, I think that it has also improved my skills because there is little margin for error.

Actually all of the brighter lights appear to have a streak slightly above them. Maybe it was taken through a window and there was some uneven refraction?

Hi Dana, The MD11 and 747 both have quite a bit of distortion which I think could be caused by a few different things: 1. Oversharpening 2. Heat haze 3. Shooting at maximum zoom 4.
