Pre-Screening - Runway Overview

Hey everyone, This is my first attempt at a runway shot. I wasn't sure how to edit it so I basically did it the same as I would do a normal shot. Hopefully it works! <a href="http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t76/Stackhouse007/IMG_1064b.jpg" target="_blank">http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t76/St...

All seem dark for me. Maybe you took these shots when the conditions weren't in your favor?

Yeah I noticed that also. Wasn't sure if it was heat haze or some exhaust from the engine.. I know it may be a mixture of both so I did upload it. Hopefully it gets in!

Thanks

Well first you will have to level it correctly. Then use the correct ratio for the website to crop. Then after that you will have to work on the details of the shot. Your biggest problem would be the weather you shot in. The cloudy/overcast skies just ruin the picture and make it very hard to recove...

Hey Doug, Unfortunately that shot wont meet the standards for a.net. The quality is low which is the biggest problem. Not sure if you have done any post-processing of this shot. For future tips, you will need a tighter crop but if the quality is already poor, it will get worse as you crop the image....
