N590HA is currently enroute HNLMCI.. presumably to be de-HA-ed as the first step in becoming N665UA. Also presume she will join the other two at GYR until UA is ready to begin induction. Third presumption being they are #2,3,4 in line after N660UA, the last 3 class 76, gets to HKG.

I see mention of ‘skin repair’ in the above images. I’m presuming this is for damage received during the train ride from Kansas? I’ve heard people like to use the fuselages as target practice along the way. :cry:

The other issue is that some 753 aircraft are shown as 752 on Flight Aware. Currently there are 7 flights enroute that show 752 on Flight Aware, but are being operated by 753s on UA.com. Only 3 752s operating currently are not on TATL,BOS/EWR-LAX/SFO: 2225 DEN-MCO a/c 3109, flight 246 EWR-LAX a/c 3...

Wouldn’t it make more sense to bring on more CR7s at 70 seats than fly a larger, heavier E75 at 70 seats? 77H My guess is that the recent 70 seat E-175 order is case of "betting on the come" by Kirby. His recent remarks have made me wonder if he regrets cancelling the 65 additional 737-70...

Still wondering about those oddball 2-class 763s that got retrofitted ahead of Polaris that are old. Why put the work in to convert only to retire? They'll probably fly them until they hit cycle limits or go domestic PS. The seven ‘92-93 builds will not be Polaris-ed. The others are all ‘98-01. It’...

The 2 Class 763 (Pre Polaris) were NOT going to be refitted and going to be retired or something...and the 3 Class 767-300 would get Polaris.. UA mentioned some weeks ago first 78J deliveries not scheduled until November. N17001 has been flying for several weeks now and N14002 is about to start FA. Both of those will be sitting at CHS doing a lot of nothing for awhile.

UA at IAH has 51 mainline at Terminals C and E (some at D occasionally used for international arrivals) 46 at A and B for regional operations (some gates B north can handle mainline if needed) Total 97.

I feel like the MAX wont be able to fly the PS routes without weight restrictions. Why? It currently flies ANC-IAH. ANC-IAH-ANC doesnt suffer from heavy headwinds though. Flights from the west coast to the east coast wont have any issues, its flying west..... But i could be wrong, so please correct...

Can anyone confirm plane 2131 (N2331U) is in SFO for the PP retrofit. Is SFOMX doing the retrofit? The plane was in for STC work. I can't find what kind of work was performed. It's possible the 737 moved a bit. Doesn't the jetbridge appear a bit slanted ? The 737 definitely swayed a bit when it got hit. The winglet would’ve come apart rather easily and wouldn’t have transmitted much of the impact energy to the rest of the aircraft though. As for the JBridge, other than t...
