That sounds very interesting that ground control for planes has been developed 20 years ago. But i think a system like that would be to expensive for comercial airplanes. The problem is the security on the ground, if they look more strict to the passengers and their luggage this had never happend. P...

Hi ! Steel cockpit doors are a very good idea for every aircraft. Self destruction devices sounds like in a James Bond movie, i am sure that no pilot would aktivate them during the flight. The possibility to control the airplane from the ground is also a very good idea but todays technology isn`t so...

Here in DUS (Düsseldorf/Germany):

1 UA 763 don`t take off for Chicago,
1 LH 343 return to DUS after a flight from FRA to DEN.
But i don`t know what happend to the two EWR flights from LH and CO.

I was checking news in the a.net discussion forum, than i read the message from Hustler: "Airplane chrashed into the World Trade Center". Seconds later i turn on my TV (CNN Europe) and i saw the horrible pictures.

A Summary Please!

Can anybody give me a summary ? How many planes crashed ? What`s up with the DL Plane at CLE and the UA Planes ? The only one who confirmed the chrashes is AA. And whats up with the plane that chrashed near Pittsburg ?

I also asked the LBA last week and they say that they don`t know about an airline called jumpaway. I don`t belive that this is a real airline.

Today i receive the second Newsletter from Jumpaway. They wrote that they change their name into BerlinJet. From tomorrow September, 11 they have a new website > www.berlinjet.com

I fly with them in June, 2000 LAX-LAS-LAX. National is a very good airline. The planes were clean, always on time and they offer on a 45 min. flight drinks for free.
