Herpa doesn't make 1:250 scale models, but as mentioned, GeminiJets has recently come out with a new line of 1:250 models. Why they chose to make 1:250 instead of 1:200 is beyond me. Schabak also makes 1:250, but they're pretty crappy if you ask me.

As for me, I collect 1:400 and 1:200 models.
