AFAIK, LAN Chile inherited only one from the merger with LADECO, CC-CYH. After just a year with LAN it moved across the Andes to Argentina's LAPA. It continues to fly today as a freighter with FedEx as N995FD.

During its tenure with LAN it flew pretty much all over South America and to Miami.

A seldom heard from airline, BoA Boliviana de Aviacion, has announced it will return to daily flying between Santa Cruz VVI and Buenos Aires EZE, eff. Dec 1. A mix of 738 and 763 are deployed on the route.

I assume it is for using same crew back, right? Correct. Otherwise they would have to leave a whole crew away from base...
