There's been maintenance going on during all winter, and only one RWY has been in use. Probably doesn't answer your question, but I took my binoculars and checked what's going on right now. 22 in use (the inner one only 04L/22R). Push backs I saw were EZY so you could not conclude anything from that...

According to the Finnish Aviation Museum, the flight is not going to take place as planned next weekend. The current owner of the aircraft allegedly cancelled the meeting where the acquisition was supposed to be finalized. Maybe they get more if it is scrapped?
