Re: Could DEN be a destination city for G4?

I'm thinking the reason why DEN isn't a base for G4 is because the tourism traffic DEN attracts is most likely premium ski traffic that continues on to Vail, Aspen, and other communities in the Rockies. Since G4 doesn't really cater to the premium crowd, and also given the extra over sized luggage t...

Re: A (slightly) unlucky summer '17 (2): No MD-88 for you! (MSP-LGA, DL Y, May '17) [pics & video TR]

Our summer started rather late last year with us even having a day in June below 60 degrees. It was very rainy and cool through early June and unfortunately you fell victim to the grossness that is our springtime weather (spring is not pleasant in New York, don't let anyone fool you). It's a big cut vs what was published. I understand the seasonality, but if AA didn't think it could handle 3 RTS in June I wonder why they were selling 3? Also, June in EYW is quite nice. Definitely quite the cut, but pretty much the same as last year. I agree that June in EYW is nice, but for some...

AA's EYW cuts are pretty painful especially DCA-EYW. I hope this isn't a permanent realignment because the region has been bouncing back after the storm. Looks like I am moving over to Delta in the meantime. Any chance this has to do with EYW’s runway expansion? CLT/DCA-EYW see some cuts for the su...

Interesting, AA is cutting a frequency on CLT-MLB during the summer but adding one on CLT-DAB. I typically don’t put too much into what these threads say about CLT’s east coast ops.
