Hi: Do not Know about official way to say. For mechanics:
-Precharged: is when accumulator has necessary press of Nitrogen,PNo, with no Hydraulic Pressure

It's not fumy. It only can't happen to a aircraft bureaucratic.
I had seen even a Catering's personnel deploying slides.
Some companies even strong penalize the person who deploy one of them.
And of course, it's the price to pay: Slides should be able
to be deployed by any one.
