So it appears she was denied travel because she lacked sufficient identification. Yes sufficient identification or means of identifying a passenger is required. They may have been able to handle this differently but this didnt seem to have anthing to do with her being mute or her ability to speak.

In the general sense. If Fuel is removed from for example a United airplane. The fueling company will only put it back into a United airplane. Only because the fuel has been paid for by United once it was pumped out of the truck, so United actually now owns that fuel.

My 2 points whether he knew it or not by being an airline crew member with Known Crew member status he is held to a bit of a higher standard. I dont think people should be "crucified" for their mistakes but penalties should be faced. At a minimum he should lose his Known Crew member status.

Terminal 1's growth in airline numbers was due to DL's takeover of half of IAT. When that happened airlines had to move to the other terminals (7,8, 1 and even 5) to accommodate the overflow.
